Monitoring - Following the recent Critical Vulnerability Alert, from the US NIST and the French CERT on 10 December 2021, in the open-source Apache “Log4j 2" library, MANGOPAY has been assessing the impacts of this vulnerability on its systems:
- We can confirm that this vulnerability does not impact our API code exposed to our customers. - However, some of the tools and pieces of software used internally could be impacted by this vulnerability. We are working with the different providers and software publishers to identify eventual vulnerabilities and roll out patches as soon as available.
As this event is ongoing, we will keep providing regular updates on this API Status thread.

You may experience the following errors on payments since 07:30 AM UTC: - "Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication has failed" - "User has let the payment session expire without paying"
These disturbances are due to an issue with the two following banks: Credit Agricole and Credit Lyonnais.
Investigations are ongoing on our PSP side with the two banks, we will keep you informed.

Our fix has been deployed in Production since 09:11 AM UTC. We are monitoring the results, but thus far, we are already seeing improved performances on Payouts Processing times.

Identified -
We have identified a performance issue with our Payout Processing services since 27th June 2022. This results in an increase in the time some PayOuts are staying in a PENDING status. Nonetheless, PayOuts are eventually processed correctly.
The problem has been identified, and a fix is tentatively scheduled for a release Tuesday, 5th July 2022.
Who is affected: Anyone in the PRODUCTION environment processing PayOuts.
