Monitoring - Following the recent Critical Vulnerability Alert, from the US NIST and the French CERT on 10 December 2021, in the open-source Apache “Log4j 2" library, MANGOPAY has been assessing the impacts of this vulnerability on its systems:

- We can confirm that this vulnerability does not impact our API code exposed to our customers.
- However, some of the tools and pieces of software used internally could be impacted by this vulnerability. We are working with the different providers and software publishers to identify eventual vulnerabilities and roll out patches as soon as available.

As this event is ongoing, we will keep providing regular updates on this API Status thread.

Following the message and the cancellation of previous Maintenance periods on the 20th of March, we’d like to keep you posted as per below.

As communicated in recent updates, we are aiming to choose the right timing that works best for our customers from a traffic and business impact point of view.

As we get closer to the Easter festive season, which we know is a busy e-commerce shopping season for most of our customers, we prefer not to schedule any maintenance windows too close to these important dates nor within them.

As such, we have decided to RESCHEDULE any maintenance windows until after the 17th of April 2023.

As a result, the following maintenance windows will no longer be required on their original dates, and the platform will be operational as usual on those dates:

- From Monday, March 27th 2023 24:00 to Tuesday, March 28th 7:00am CET ( 27th 22:00 to 298th 5:00 AM UTC)
- From Tuesday, March 28th 2023 24:00 to Wednesday, March 29th 7:00am CET ( 28th 22:00 to 29th 5:00 AM UTC)
- From Wednesday, March 29th 2023 24:00 to Thursday, March 30th 7:00am CET ( 29th 22:00 to 30th 5:00 AM UTC)

Further communication will be shared as soon as possible, regarding the exact dates of the maintenance windows to be scheduled from the 17th of April and thereafter.

These disturbances are due to an issue with 3DS authentication with the following schemes: VISA & Mastercard

This outage is due to an issue with our system and is blocking the creation of new users.

Please note that events have occurred intermittently between 11:38 and 17:06 UTC.
The events that were possibly not being sent close enough to their occurrence will be resent in the course of the next 24 hours through the same APIs that have been used.

Moreover, we have identified several impacts due to this outage, for which we are actively working on a resolution:

• Created users may be inaccessible
• KYB documents uploaded may remain in a non-validated status
• Identity documents may remain in a "validation asked" status
• The profile may not be validated after all documents are validated
• Pending payments may remain in a "pending" status
• Transfers may be blocked with the message "maximum debited or credited amount reached"
