You may have experienced "PSP Technical Error"/ 009199 errors on payments between 09:20 and 09:30 AM UTC today.

These disturbances are due to an issue with our PSP component.

• Who is affected: Anyone on the PRODUCTION environment.
• Payment types affected: CB_VISA_MASTERCARD
• Currency : EUR /GBP
• All countries
• Web / direct /preauth

The error rate back to normal. This incident has been resolved.
