Due to a problem of our internal system on 06/09/2020 between 3:15pm and 3:45am UTC, you may have faced issues related to hooks. This issue is now resolved.

• Who is affected: Anyone on the PRODUCTION environment
• Impact : some notification may have been delay or not sent to your servers.
