You may have experienced "Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication session has expired / 101304" errors on payments between 08:00 AM UTC on 18/05 and 09:30 19/05.

These disturbances are due to an issue with a 3DSecure component.

• Who is affected: Anyone on the PRODUCTION environment.

Payment types affected:
• Preauthorization
• Country : GBR
• CB_VISA_MASTERCARD

This incident has been resolved.
