You may have experienced failed payment transactions with the error code "01131" indicating "3DS authentication required" since 05:30 AM CET.

These disruptions were a result of an incident following recent maintenance by our PSP provider.

The issue has been resolved as of 09:15 AM CET. We have contacted our PSP for further investigation to prevent recurrence. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
