Following our communication on the 8th of March, we are now proceeding with the migration process and have better visibility into the timing of the maintenance windows.
The following maintenance windows will NO LONGER be required on their original dates, and the platform would be operational as usual on those dates:
- From Tuesday, March 21st 2023 24:00 to Wednesday, March 22nd 7:00am CET - From Thursday, March 23rd 2023 24:00 to Friday, March 24th 7:00am CET
We will however require to adjust the remaining maintenance windows plan in order to accommodate the rest of the process appropriately.
We will send more communication later this week as for the adjusted maintenance windows.
Please note that we will not apply any maintenance window without notifying you in advance.

We are happy to share that all of our pre-production environments have now been running on cloud since 22nd of February 2023.
As part of the next step, we are now implementing some infrastructure changes to our production environment which is planned to take place in various time windows in the next few weeks. To manage expectations properly, and to contain any potential impact to our customers, we plan a few maintenance windows as per the below schedule.
The service will be under maintenance window during the following time windows:
- From Tuesday, March 21st 2023 24:00 to Wednesday, March 22nd 7:00am CET (21st 23:00 to 22nd 6:00 AM UTC) - From Thursday, March 23rd 2023 24:00 to Friday, March 24th 7:00am CET (23rd 23:00 to 24th 6:00 AM UTC) - From Monday, March 27th 2023 24:00 to Tuesday, March 28th 7:00am CEST (27th 22:00 to 28th 5:00 AM UTC) - From Tuesday, March 28th 2023 24:00 to Wednesday, March 29th 7:00am CEST (28th 22:00 to 29th 5:00 AM UTC) - From Wednesday, March 29nd 2023 24:00 to Thursday, March 30th 7:00am CEST (29th 22:00 to 30th 5:00 AM UTC)
We have carefully chosen the time windows to be the least impacting in the day to the extent possible. During the maintenance windows there will be full disruption to service.
To provide a seamless experience for your users we recommend that you schedule a maintenance window that informs of possible service disruptions.
If you haven't done so already, as it has been shared in our previous communications to you, we will need you to authorize new IP addresses for us to guarantee continuity of service. Please note that failure to do so may result in interruption of your access to our services.
We kindly request that you add the new IP addresses, sent to you by email, into the whitelisted IP addresses list, on your firewall or security system at the latest by March 24th 2023. Please make sure the old IP addresses are kept for now as whitelisted for redundancy purposes.
