You may have experienced :

- "Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication has failed"
- "Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication session has expired"
- "Secure mode: 3DSecure authentication is not available"

Errors on payments for Caisse Epargne (Natixis), La banque postale between 9:45 AM UTC and 11:00 AM UTC.

These disturbances were due to an issue with our PSP component and the 3DS secure brick.

• Who was affected: Anyone on the PRODUCTION environment.
• Payment types affected: Card direct / Preauth

This incident is resolved.
