You may have experienced "PSP Technical Error"/ 009199 errors on payments between 09:02 PM and 09:26 PM UTC on May 23rd.

These disturbances were due to our PSP partner suffering an outage.

• Payment types affected: CB_VISA_MASTERCARD, iDEAL, BCMC, MAESTRO
• Currency: EUR /GBP
• All countries
• Web & direct payments
• Preauthorizations
