• Issue: You might have encountered slowness and errors 500 the 15/02/2020 between 02:35pm and 03:35pm UTC and the 16/02/2020 between 01:38pm and 01:42pm UTC. This was due to database issue. This issue is now resolved.
• Who were affected: Anyone on the PRODUCTION environment.
